Motivation can include service, challenge, leadership and professional interests. Connect it to what you have actually explored and acknowledge what you still need to learn. The personal interview is a conversation within the wider SSB process. No answer bank can replace accurate self-knowledge, careful listening and the ability to explain your experiences naturally.
Keep preparation honest and specific
